A 434-unit, two-building community in the Civita master plan, San Diego. One building is a four-story Type V over two-level podium; the other is a four-story Type III-A over three-level podium. Includes clubhouse, amenities, and retail shell space.
Scope
General contracting for a two-building mixed Type V / Type III-A podium community with clubhouse, amenities, and ground-floor retail.
Results
434 units delivered across two buildings with integrated retail and amenity space. Completed February 2022.
